On that far-off day, emotions ran high within the walls of our small garage, where only 5-7 people were working at the time to create the current reality.

It may sound trivial, but that day had an extraordinary meaning for us; so much so that the delivery note is kept in a frame that still has a place of honour in our offices today.

When we initially decided to undertake this direction, it was difficult, we could not find customers: discouragement and bitterness flooded us. Despite this, we decided to continue optimising our products, till one day we received a call that changed our day.

Who was the one who gave us our first big thrill?

The name to remember is Giorgio Ferrari, of F.lli Ferrari Egidio – Giorgio S.r.l. He gave us the precious trust that had laid the foundations for a 30-years collaboration.

Today, while we look back with gratitude, we recognize that the real driving force behind GEMELS’ growth was not only our talented employees but also our loyal customers, who believed in us and continue to do it.

This is why we want to gift a commemorative plaque to the company F.lli Ferrari, our loyal customer.
