In 2021, out of 50 colleagues we celebrated 5 births: 2 baby girls and 3 baby boys, and that marks an unconventional trend.

If on the one hand parenthood is often considered an annoyance, even when all goes well, on the other one GEMELS philosophy tends towards the support of the new-born families.

GEMELS motivates all his collaborators with the company welfare bonus, which every year includes the refund of day nursery and nursery school for all their children. To help even more mothers and fathers, we have many other ideas in progress in our circular welfare, which would make everyone think.

With a long-term look, which represents our attitude, we love imagining that in the future some of these new-born babies will become part of GEMELS team.
