GEMELS introduces a new direct-acting safety cartridge designed to protect hydraulic systems from sudden pressure surges.
The new solution automatically releases fluid when abnormal pressure peaks are detected, helping prevent system damage and ensuring enhanced operational safety.
In the near future, the cartridge will become a certified safety component, factory-calibrated and CE-marked in full compliance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU.
Designed for high-pressure applications, the new GEMELS safety cartridge delivers high performance, reliability, and durability even in the most demanding operating conditions.

For maximum protection, the safety valve block should be installed as close as possible to the accumulators.
The solution will fully comply with all safety requirements defined in Annex I of PED Directive 2014/68/EU.
