Hi everyone, my name is Claudia, I am 26 years old and i have been working in Gemels assembling department for more than three years.

In particular, I deal with the assembly and test of ball valves on the latest generation automatic line, built in 2016. Besides, I take care of production scheduling and work planning.

I HAVE A PASSION FOR EXTREME SPORTS, I LIKE DOING WHAT OTHERS DON’T.

That’s how I decided to take part in the Spartan Race contest last year, ranking 29th out of 150 women participating.

In my life I have always been used to setting goals and trying to achieve them. That’s why at a sporting level too, I was able to take a risk and get involved in this contest.

Moreover, after months and months of physical (and also psychophysical) training, I have realized another big dream: reaching the height of 3500 metres by climbing the Amadello Peak.

As in my private life, even in Gemels I like doing what others don’t…Always looking for quality and excellence.

Every day together with colleagues, I have the opportunity to discuss and bring out problems, which are then analysed in a maniacal way by the work team and solved to the root cause. This has always encouraged me to improve both myself and my work.

I AM ALWAYS READY FOR ANY CHALLENGE!
