The excellence of the quality is the main characteristic of GEMELS products and this is possible due to the accurate selection of raw materials, staff and partners carried out by the management.

GEMELS obtained the legality rating with the maximum score of 3 stars. The award was issued by the Antitrust Authority (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministries of the Interior and Justice, recognizing rewards to GEMELS that operates according to high standards of legality, transparency and social responsibility.

The DNV certificate (Det Norske Veritas body) regulates products and equipment conformity to the maritime regulations and requirements.

UKCA

The UKCA Ex certification (UK Conformity Assessed EXplosive atmosphere) regulates equipment used in areas with an explosive atmosphere in the United Kingdom. The UKCA PER certification (UK Conformity Assessed Pressure Equipment Regulation) regulates the design, manufacture, equipment and conformity assessment of pressure equipment ensuring a high level of safety in the United Kingdom.

The CE certification ATEX (ATmosphere EXplosive) regulates equipment used in areas with an explosive atmosphere in the EU.

The CE PED certification (Pressure Equipment Directive) regulates the design, manufacture, equipment and conformity assessment of pressure equipment ensuring a high level of safety in the EU.

FIRE SAFE

The FIRE SAFE certificate regulates conformity of the production to the fire safety requirements.

The EAC certificates and declarations (EurAsian Conformity) demonstrates that products conform to all technical regulations of the Eurasian Customs Union, particularly referring to pressure equipment, those used in areas with an explosive atmosphere and machines.

The CRN certificate (Canadian registration number) regulates the pressure safety design accepted and registered for use in Canada.

FUGITIVE EMISSION

The FUGITIVE EMISSION certificate regulates and controls the air pollution.

TA LUFT

The SIL 3 certification (Safety integrity level) regulates the level of risk-reduction provided by a safety function of a system of equipment.

Product certifications

In the Internal Laboratory, GEMELS S.p.A. qualified personnel tests the valves’ life cycle, simulating critical applications and conditions with special machineries (burst test, impulse test, salt spray test, climatic room, Tridimentional check, microscope, hardness gauge, bidimensional gauge) to constantly ensure the highest quality. Products are tested 100%.
