BALL VALVE FOR OFFSHORE

SPLIT BODY TOP ENTRY

Top-entry ball valve for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries

Split body top entry

Split Body Top Entry valves are designed for Oil & Gas, petrochemical, offshore, and onshore applications where high reliability, operational safety, and easy maintenance are required. They are particularly suitable for pipelines, LNG plants, SKID units, and high-pressure process systems.

The Split Body Top Entry ball valve configuration with trunnion design ensures high ball stability and reduced operating torque even in high-pressure and large-size applications. The two pieces construction with bolted body allows inspection and maintenance directly in-line without removing the valve from the system.

Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, the valves are designed for ANSI 150-2500 pressure classes, sizes from DN20 to DN900, and RF / RTJ / BW connections. The design integrates antistatic devices, anti blow-out system, fire safe configuration, and vent & drain system for industrial and Oil & Gas applications.
